Deliveries and returns

Items ordered before 12pm AET, will be posted the same day.
Anything after 12pm AET will be posted the next business day.
Additionally orders made on weekends will be posted the next
business day.

Orders can be cancelled ONLY if the item has not be posted.

If a cancellation has been requested and the item has been shipped,
the customer can return the goods for a full refund, minus the incurred
cost of the postage.

Customers have 10 days (from date of purchase) to return said product(s).

When returning product(s) it is important to leave all your relevant details,
such as, Name, Address & Order No. So that we can successfully match
the order to the account that it originally came from.

Refunds are issued within 72 business hours of item(s) received.

Domestic Orders can take 2 - 4 Business Days.

International Orders can take 6+ Business Days.

All orders are posted via Australia Post.

THESEUS takes NO responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

THESEUS MAINTAINS FULL OWNERSHIP OF ITS PRODUCTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
